活动简介 | Event Brief

8月初，百事宣布任职12年的首席执行官英德拉·努伊女士（Indra Nooyi）即将离任，这一消息再次将女性高管人才流失和职场女性领导力的话题带入公众视野。作为众多职业女性的楷模，努伊女士曾多次在公开活动中表示女性在职场中需要“互帮互助”，在卸任后她将投入更多精力帮助和指导女性更好地在职场中发挥才能和追逐梦想。对于追求公平的职场环境和事业发展的职业女性而言，在关注各自行业中高级管理层男女比例以及男女收入水平等数字之外，在开放的平台上倾听更多来自女性的声音和观点对于培养女性互助及导师文化也具有重要的意义。

为更深入探讨女性职业发展话题，哥大全球中心 | 北京将于9月15日举办女性领导力论坛——金融行业的女性领导力第三期。这也是中心举办的第六场关于女性领导力的活动。本期论坛邀请了四位拥有跨国工作经验的职场精英女性，包括霍金路伟国际律师事务所的许如清女士 LAW '15、翰同资本高级分析师初瑞女士、来自工商银行总行的李文漪女士、以及就职于国内大型央企险资投资端的武婧敏女士 SEAS '12，她们分别在境外交易、反垄断和国际贸易、不动产投资、海外银行并购等领域有丰富经验。她们将分享个人海内外工作经历，并从不同视角探讨行业动态、以及各自领域中女性职业规划的思考。论坛主持人将由目前就职于金融监管机构、同时也是哥伦比亚大学校友的梁牧笛女士 TC '15担任。

On September 15, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing will host the Sixth Women Leadership Panel with four experienced female professionals with international work experience to share their stories and provide insights in their respective areas including cross border transaction, antitrust law and international trade, real estate equity investments, investor relationship management, etc. This is also the Center's third women leadership panel focusing on financial industry.

许如清女士毕业于清华大学法学院，毕业后在一家国际律师事务所工作，执业几年后赴哥伦比亚大学法学院获得LL.M.学位。之后加入霍金路伟国际律师事务所华盛顿办公室的反垄断法团队，在2016年回到该所的北京办公室。

Ms. Rachel Xu LAW '15 received her LL.B. Degree at Tsinghua University. Post graduation she joined an international law firm. After practice law for a few years, she pursued her LL.M. degree at Columbia Law School. Rachel Xu later joined the antitrust law practice in Hogan Lovells Washington D.C. Office and returned to China office in 2016.

初瑞女士，翰同资本高级分析师，宾夕法尼亚大学理学硕士，院长奖学金获得者。曾就职于联合国、劳德研究所及嘉实资本。主要关注房地产并购、酒店及长租公寓领域的投资，曾为中国投资基金业协会不动产投资基金研究小组成员。

Ms. Rachel Chu is now a senior analyst at Hitone Capital, a boutique real estate investing firm. Rachel holds MS in labor and urban studies from the University of Pennsylvania with Dean's Merit Award. Prior to joining Hitone, she worked at United Nations DPKO, Lauder Institute and Harvest Fund. Rachel focuses primarily on real estate equity investments, hotel and rental apartments industry. She used to be member of AMAC REITs Act Committee.

李文漪女士现任职于工商银行总行，曾参与了工行的系列海外银行并购、投资者关系管理以及公司地产金融业务。她曾就职于中金公司，担任新闻发言人。李女士毕业于牛津大学、香港大学，是牛津中国奖学金获得者。

Ms. Janet Li Currently works for ICBC Headquarter, has participated in ICBC's overseas M&As, investor relationship management, and real estate financial services. She formerly served as one of the spokespersons for CICC. Janet graduated from University of Oxford, University of Hong Kong, with scholarship from China Oxford Committee.

武婧敏女士，毕业于哥伦比亚大学工业工程和运筹学专业，先后就职于美国银行、摩根斯坦利、安永等金融机构，现供职于国内大型央企险资投资端，主要负责境外市场的投资工作，覆盖行业包括高端养老、医疗、金融科技等领域。

Ms. Jingmin Wu SEAS '12 graduated from Columbia University with a master degree from Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. After working for famous financial institutes including Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Ernst & Young, Jingmin moved back to China and joined a large government owned insurance corporation. Now she is in charge of the overseas investment group covering multiple industries including Senior Living, Healthcare, Fintech and etc.

梁牧笛女士，哥伦比亚大学经济学和教育学硕士，全额奖学金获得者，其曾为世界银行和科罗拉多州政府工作，现在金融监管领域任职，拥有交易所一线监管经验。她参与创建科技监管平台并负责了一系列重要报告，领域包括上市公司、中介机构和投资者的大数据分析，中美金融监管的政策对比研究等。

Ms. Mudi Liang TC '15 graduated from Columbia University with a master degree in Economics and Education, with full scholarship from China Scholarship Committee, and formerly worked for World Bank and Colorado State Government. She now conducts researches in China Securities Regulation Committee, with frontier regulation experience in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Ms. Liang advises big data projects in Reg-tech platforms, covering user profiling and US-China financial regulation policy comparative study. Her policy recommendations has been directly reported to senior officials in central government.
